- I'm Don. I've been involved with software and browser-based application development for about 20 years. I got my start while working for AT&T. I am currently employed at a major healthcare technology company focusing on providing data-driven solutions to improve patient care and streamline healthcare operations.
- In my current day-to-day work, I primarily write code in Python and SQL within Azure, AWS and Snowflake. Throughout my career with AT&T and IBM, I've worked with many different technologies on the frontend and backend. In my free time, I enjoy coding in PHP, Python and JavaScript and use MySQL and PostgreSQL.

AI tools have fundamentally changed my approach software engineering. I write less code by hand, but I can spend more time on optimization, security and solving complex problems. With Claude and Cursor, we can focus on high-impact work rather than routine tasks and the productivity gains have been remarkable.
I've worked extensively with PHP, Perl, Python, javaScript, jQuery.
I love to use databases as well: Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQLServer
